This class focuses on building strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence through a variety of pole-based movements and exercises. Kids will learn basic spins, climbs, and holds while also improving their overall fitness and body awareness. The class is designed to be inclusive and empowering, allowing children to express themselves creatively while developing important physical skills.
The aim of the game is to stay active through movement and games. Active kids are happy kids <3
